It’s the month of December and, it’s kind of cold. yesterday water gets cold and we take bath with cold water. outside its winter month. Last week it snowed and then two days ago because of rainfall all the snow melted and the grass is still green, I think somewhere it’s snowing. Today it’s windy and cold. some of the trees are still green and some shed their leaves. we made burgers and salad on weekend.
Ingredients
store-bought meat burgers.
Burger buns.
pickled cucumbers.
ketchup.
Mustard.
cheese slices.
Recipe
we grilled meat burgers and assembled it in a very delicious way. Take two buns and put mustard and ketchup then put cheese slices and then meat patti, then add pickles on top, cover it with another bun and it’s delicious. you guys can put tomato slices and onion slices in it to make it more delicious. we eat it once in a while.

Health benefits
meat is a nonvegetarian protein. If you are vegetarian make veggie pattie burgers. I will write a veggie burger recipe next time.
Tomatoes are good source of vitamin C and lycopene.
onions are good for digestion.
cheese is a good source of vitamin D.
pickles are good for digestion and are pro-biotic.
salad
salad is easy to make and is available in stores. it’s healthy and makes a good side dish.

baby tomatoes.
olives.
feta cheese.
olive oil.
salt and pepper.
Recipe
cut the cucumbers and tomatoes then put it in a bowl then add feta cheese cubes and black olives, then add 2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Then mix it well. put a pinch of salt and pepper. it’s ready to eat and very delicious.
we made this dinner middle eastern style because we were watching the I hope world cup soccer game.

cucumbers are a good source of vitamins and antioxidants that helps to clean the digestive system. when we used vinegar it turns in to pickle we call it a probiotic that is good for digestion.
Tomatoes are a good source of vitamin C and lycopene, which is heart-healthy.
olives are a good source of vitamin E and antioxidants that are good to fight against diseases.
