potato and flex seeds tiki

It’s the month of November, last week it was snowing and I think it’s going to rain coming weekend. I think my husband is coming tomorrow morning. He went to Romania for a few days. it’s still so white outside, snow is everywhere. our outside shed is very small and snow was falling on it. there is no snow on the trees but the grass is full of snow. I saw potatoes in my pantry that we bought from the store and decided to make a delicious snack using another ingredient. this is warm and I tried to make it healthier by adding nutritious ingredients. We made a snack that is really yummy and delicious.

Ingredients

3 cups of boiled potatoes.

Half a cup of chopped scallion.

Half cup of dried flax seeds.

Half a cup of sunflower and papaya seeds.

1 teaspoon of salt.

1 teaspoon of pepper.

1 teaspoon of ginger.

1 teaspoon of garlic.

Half a cup of chopped coriander.

Recipe

First take 4 medium size potatoes then boil them on medium heat for 20 minutes, cover the pan. they will become soft, then off the heat and let them cool, and then after 10 minutes peel them and mash them. it’s about 4 cups then add sunflower seeds and papaya seeds, grind them well, and all the above-mentioned ingredients. mix them well.,then make equal size balls out of them and then flattened them a little bit. then take a pan and spray oil on it and cook them on both sides. make it crispy. it’s a very healthy potato snack.

potatoes are full of vitamin c and could be life-saving, and have vitamins like potassium and antioxidants and starch to give energy.

onions reduce inflammation, lower cholesterol and clean the intestine.

Flex seeds and papaya seeds are full of omega threes.

coriander fights infections, protects the brain and healthy for the skin, and has antioxidants for boosting the immune system.

we eat it with mint and coriander chutney.

Ingredients

Half a cup of mint.

Half cup coriander.

half a cup of scallions.

1 teaspoon salt.

1 chili pepper.

4 tablespoons of vinegar.

Recipe

Take a food processor, and grind them well so it’s properly minced. then serve it with potato tikki and it’s delicious to eat.

The ingredients we used are good for digestion and cleanses the system. I hope you guys like my recipe and try to make it because it’s very organic and healthy.
