Roti with brussel sprouts

It’s the month of November and it’s winter, outside is all snow, the day before yesterday snow storm came and we went out to see, how it looks. It’s all wintry cold and looks very white. day on weekend we made Indian roti with Brussels sprouts and potatoes. I made it in a very special way.


3 cups of all-purpose flour.

1 cup of grated cauliflower.

Half cup of onion finely grated.

2 teaspoons of salt.

1 teaspoon of pepper.

1 cup of chopped coriander.


Take a big bowl add all the ingredients and add water slowly and mix it to make dough. then cover it with a kitchen towel for an hour and in the meantime make the hot plate warm, then make small dough balls to make roti. Take a dough ball and roll it with a pastry roller and cook it on a hot plate on both sides then make more dough balls and make more Rotis. They are delicious and healthy to eat.

of wheat flour we used is a good amount of fiber and protein.

cauliflower has amount good amount of vitamins and fiber that is good for digestion.

onions are good for the stomach and anti-inflammatory.

Brussels sprouts and potatoes


3 cups of chopped Brussel sprouts.

2 teaspoons of garlic.

2 teaspoons of salt.

a fourth of a teaspoon of pepper.

1 teaspoon of turmeric.


Take a pan add 3 tablespoons of garlic oil and add onions, garlic and ginger, and turmeric, cook it for 5 minutes then add chopped Brussels sprouts and potatoes. cook it for 15 minutes until soft to touch. cover the pan and cook it on low heat. it’s delicious.
