It’s the month of November and winter in ct is cold. I decided to make fish and rice. I bought frozen salmon for dinner. First I keep the fish on the counter to thaw. In the meantime, I prepared the ingredients I choose to make dinner. The ingredients I choose are Indian spices and I decided to make basmati rice with them.
1 cup of chopped onions.
1 tablespoon of garlic.
1 tablespoon of ginger.
1 can of diced tomatoes.
2 teaspoons of salt.
1teasppon of pepper.
1teaspoon of turmeric.
Take a pan and add 3 tablespoons of garlic oil then add onions and garlic and then cook it for 15 minutes and then add a can of diced tomatoes then cook it for more 10 minutes. cover the pan during cooking, then add thawed fish and cookie for 10 minutes on both sides. its ready to eat.
Salmon is a good source of protein and fiber and omega threes.
onions are a good source of vitamins and good for digestion and anti-inflammatory.
garlic is good for heart.
ginger is a good herb to use to cure colds and flues.
salt is good for cure for thyroid.
it’s eaten all over Asian countries, and we bought it from the Indian store. its a major part of Asian cousin.
2 cups of rice.
4 cups of water.
2 tablespoons of garlic oil.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Take a deep dish and add three tablespoons of oil and then add onions and cook it for 5 minutes, then add 2 cups of rice then mix it cook it for 3 minutes, then add 4 cups of water and mix it and cover the pan and cook it for 20 minutes on low heat, after 20 minutes off the heat and serve it with rice.
