its the month of November and really cold and the outside looks cloudy. I made Indian food and it turns out really good. I used white rice from my local Indian store and organic chickpea flower. I made it a few times before and everyone liked it. It’s made of onions garlic ginger, yogurt, and besan, and I will write the recipe.
1 teaspoon of garlic.

1 tablespoon of turmeric paste.
2 teaspoons of salt.

1 cup of yogurt.

Take a deep dish and add 3 tablespoons of oil and then add onions and garlic and ginger paste then cook it for 15 minutes and then add tomato sauce in it , cook it for another minute then add 1 cup of chopped potatoes and one cup of water then mix it well. Then take the cup of yogurt in a bowl and then add half cup of besan and mix it well to then add to the potatoes and add 5 more cups of water. mix it well and keep the heat medium to low and keep on mixing it well and then cook it for 15 more minutes, then off the heat. potato curry is ready.
2 cups of rice.
4 cups of clean water.
Take a pan and add chopped onion and 3 tablespoons of oil and then cook it on the heat for 5 minutes and then add a teaspoon of salt and then add washed rice and 4 cups of water then cook it for 25 minutes on low heat until rice is soft and fluffy. off the heat. then take two bowls and fill one bowl with rice and one with potato curry. it’s delicious and nutritious.
Rice is good source of carbs and vitamins like selenium and iron and vitamin B.
