corn and beans

its Wednesday and the month of november and winter is here and its cloudy outside and after washing clothes and eating my breakfast I decided to write about what we made yesterday for dinner. we buy our produce from local grocery store and I found corn and beans. because of winter its frozen so we decided to thaw it first. corn is native to america and can be grown world wide.beans are vegetables and are grown in summer.


Frozen corn one packet.

one onion.

3 cloves of garlic.

green beans.

salt and pepper for seasoning.


Take a deep pan and add a teaspoon of olive oil and then add onions garlic and cook it for 15 minutes then add frozen vegetables then add salt and pepper for seasoning then cover the pan and then cook it for 15 more minutes. its ready to eat.

Health benefits

onions are good source of potassium and help in healing and have anti-inflammatory properties. and good source of vitamins.

green beans are good source of vitamins.

Beans are good source of fiber, iron and vitamin D and vitamin B, A , C and K.

Corn is good source of starch, potassium, lutein and zeaxanthin.
