It’s the month of November and still cold outside and only one snow storm came until now. thanks, the thanksgiving weekend is over, and time to write something. at thanksgiving in America, people make turkey dinner with side dishes and enjoy shopping with family and friends. yesterday night I decided to make Brussels sprouts and bean salad easy to make.
Ingredients for making Brussels sprouts

2 cups of Brussel sprouts.
1 onion diced.
garlic cloves.
3 tablespoons of olive oil.
salt and pepper.
Recipe
Take a wide pan and add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and then add onions and garlic and then add Brussel sprouts then cook it for 15 minutes on medium heat and add half a cup of water and cover the pan and then off the heat. take it out in a dish and sprinkle parsley over it. it looks great.

Brussels sprouts are vegetables and we can cook them in many different ways like steaming them, or roast them and look like small cabbages and are good sources of vitamin C, vitamin D, iron, vitamin B6 and magnesium.
onions are root vegetables and a staple of almost all houses worldwide. we can use them raw or cook them. onions are good sources of potassium, fiber, vitamin C, vitamin B6, magnesium, and vitamin D.
Garlic is good for heart health because it lowers cholesterol.
Bean salad
Beans are stapled food worldwide like lentils and are good sources of vegetarian Protein. I made beans and cucumber salad along with Brussels sprouts.

Ingredients
1 can of beans.
2 cans of mini cucumber diced.
1 tomato diced.
salt and pepper.
Dressing made with olive oil and vinegar with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
Recipe
Take a bowl and add washed canned beans and diced cucumbers and tomatoes then add dressing on it. Mix it well and then serve it with the Brussels sprouts we made.

Beans are full of plant protein and fiber and antioxidants that are healthy to boost the immune system. full of iron, potassium,fiber and vitamins that are healthy.
cucumbers help in weight loss, and hydration full of vitamin c, magnesium, potassium, and fiber.
