its 2nd week of November and the weather is cold and the grass is still green. we need to put seeds in the backyard. I hope we will able to get rid of diseases grape wines from the root and able to cut poison ivy weeds. so it won’t poison our skin anymore. Getting rid of weeds is very important when we take them out wear gloves and use organic alternative liquids to get rid of them. using vinegar and salt solution on weeds can be good because it’s not a pesticide. then afterward fertilize the grass so it will grow better and even. after nice lunch I decided to make salad that is simple and organic and very healthy.
Ingredients
canned beans.
canned sliced beets.
2 tablespoons of olive oil.
pinch of salt. pinch of pepper.
2 tablespoons of vinegar.
Recipe
Take a can of beans, drain the water and wash it, and put it in a bowl. then take sliced beet can drain the water, and put the sliced beets in the same bowl. then make the dressing. take a small bowl add 2 tablespoons of vinegar and a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of pepper. mix them well and sprinkle them on the salad we made. It’s simple to make and healthy.

Beets are root vegetables and very healthy to eat. very low in calories, fiber, folate, manganese, copper, k, mg, and vitamin c. very good for the heart and for losing weight. its plant protein.
Beans are a very good source of protein and fiber and some carbs for energy.
Then we decided to make some natural chicken wings with homemade sauce. we bought it from the grocery store and thaw it in the microwave and then made sauce to marinate the wings.
ingredients for sauce
4 tablespoons of soya sauce.
Hot wing sauce 2 tablespoons.
Teriyaki sauce4 tablespoons.
Mix them well and keep them in a bowl.
Take the wings about 2 pounds then thaw it first and wash them and preheat the oven to about 400 degrees F and cook it for 10 minutes on each side and then take it out and put the marinate on the wings and let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb the marinate we made it and then ready to eat. serve it with the salad we made. it’s delicious and a good source of protein.
