mushrooms with onions and garlic

Its the first week of November and almost the afternoon. its very cold but yesterday night was good. we saw first snow of the season. it was mixed with freezing rain.when I wake up in the morning and all the snow melts away. I decided to make very simple mushrooms with onions and garlic, which seems awesome. i can eat it with bread and looks tasty.


2 cups of baby Bella mushrooms.

1 cup of chopped onions.

1tablespoon of garlic.

1 tablespoon of ginger paste.


Take a pan and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.then add chopped onions and garlic and ginger paste. sortie it for 7 minutes and then add chopped mushrooms and again sortie it for 10 more minutes , cover it up lower the heat and then let it cook. Then off the heat and serve it in abowl . its delicious and nutritious.

Bread making recipe

Take 3 cups of flour and take one cup of water and 1 packet of yeast and then make the dough and then cover it up for an hour and when it fluffs then add add 2 table spoon of olive oil and again cover it up for an hour. its ready to make. put it in a tray and cook it for 350degree F and after 20 minted Bread is ready. serve it with mushrooms we made. its delicious and healthy beacause we use whole wheat. you can eat it wwith flat bread too. i hope you guys will like my recipe and try to make it , its healthy and nutritious and helps in loosing weight.
