Its 2nd the week of November and after yesterday’s snow today’s afternoon is sunny and cloudy. clouds seem grey and white and a little bit of windy. I am looking out of my window and grass is frozen and the sun is shining beneath the gray clouds. Last week we went for walk in the forest. it was peaceful but quiet. we went from the beginning of the trail and went along the lakeside up on the hill. along the trail were big stones and twigs and fallen leaves. On a cold wintry day, baked homemade bread is a good idea, and making a sandwich of sliced turkey slices bought from the grocery store with green lettuce and cheese slices. layered in between thin tomato slices.
Ingredients for making bread.
3 cups of wheat flour.
2 cups of water.
1 packet of yeast.
2 tablespoons of sugar.

Take whole wheat flour and put it in a bowl. then take 2 cups of warm water and add sugar and yeast to it . then mix it up. then make the dough and cover it up with a kitchen towel and let it rise for an hour, then punch the dough down and again knead it and cover it up again, use the olive oil to wet your hand so it won’t stick to the fingers. cover it up for another hour and let it rise again, then on the oven and preheat it up to 350 degrees f then make the big ball out of the dough and put it in a baking tray, and make it rest for a few minutes while the oven is getting warm. then put the bread tray in the oven and bake it for 20 minutes until it is a nice and light goldish in color. take it out and let it cool.

then cut the bread and put mayonnaise and spread cheese slices on it then layered it with turkey slices and tomato slices and lettuce then cover it up with the top slice and cut it into equal pieces and serve it and eat it. its delicious and very easy recipe for thanksgiving. you guys can make it with store-bought bread and the ingredients I wrote. when I made it whole family loved it.
whole wheat bread is good for digestion and has fiber, iron and protein in it.
turkey is lean, fat-free, and a good source of protein. Thanksgiving is coming and it’s easy to make.
Tomato slices are a good source of lycopene and vitamin C that is heart-healthy.
lettuce is a good source of iron.
