it’s November 12 and the weather seems cold but ok. I try to finish my embroidery project. I started and will be able to finish it today. I see little flashes of sunshine and winter months are boring but we watched movies yesterday night and felt better. we slept the whole night. I did take my medications and felt ok. we saw on TV how the nuclear explosion happened in japan and what are the aftermath of it. It’s the next morning, hopefully, I will go outside and walk around. I hope we will be able to cut the weeds this time of year. pumpkins are in the season and it will be good to prepare pasta sauce made of pumpkin. I made pasta yesterday with pumpkin puree and tomato sauce. it felt good to cook something so delicious and nutritious.
1 pumpkin 2pounds.
1 cup of tomato puree.
1tablespoon of garlic paste.
1 tablespoon of ginger paste.
1teaspoon of salt.
1 teaspoon of black pepper.
2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning.
Take 2 cups of pasta boil the water and cook it for 20 minutes until it’s soft and then take the water out and put it in a pan. then in another pan add the pumpkin puree that we made by blending it. Then add salt, pepper tomato puree, and pepper cook it for 10 minutes on low heat and add 3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese and mix it well. then put the pasta In a plate and put the prepared pumpkin sauce we made with tomato puree. it’s delicious and nutritious.
pumpkins are full of vitamins and minerals., protein, fiber, vitamin K, vitamin E, magnesium, vitamin B6 and vitamin C.
Tomatoes are a good source of lycopene and vitamin Very good for the heart and help to lose weight.
Pasta is a good source of carbs that are body used for energy making to do everyday chores..
