It’s the first week of November and the weather is getting colder day by day. after cleaning our yard and trimming we feel better. hopefully, the plants we saved will flourish and give us some nice veggies and fruit. hope fully coming winter months will bring some warmth along the season. I think we will get rid of diseased grape wines and will try to make something else that’s more value able. I will try to print another embroidery pattern.so I can be busy and creative. learning new skills and doing an effort to write something creative and getting rid of cluttered thoughts and focusing your mind on something will make your brain think better. I think we will trim so dry weeds growing outside on the backyard walls. even after the seasonal change, some weeds are still growing. I was reading about how we can use some of the weeds for herbal medicines and homemade elixirs for the coming wintertime and can cure some of the common diseases we can and our children are facing during winter. yesterday night I make a very delicious Indian dinner with paneer curry with home-grown Italian sweet peppers.

This dish was one of the most delicious meals that we had. The kids were having seconds and thirds because it was so tasty.
Fresh herbs and veggies from the garden and really good cooking skills results in a better than restaurant quality meal.
