Indian curry paneer with sweet Italian peppers

It’s the first week of November and the weather is getting colder day by day. after cleaning our yard and trimming we feel better. hopefully, the plants we saved will flourish and give us some nice veggies and fruit. hope fully coming winter months will bring some warmth along the season. I think we will get rid of diseased grape wines and will try to make something else that’s more value able. I will try to print another embroidery pattern.so I can be busy and creative. learning new skills and doing an effort to write something creative and getting rid of cluttered thoughts and focusing your mind on something will make your brain think better. I think we will trim so dry weeds growing outside on the backyard walls. even after the seasonal change, some weeds are still growing. I was reading about how we can use some of the weeds for herbal medicines and homemade elixirs for the coming wintertime and can cure some of the common diseases we can and our children are facing during winter. yesterday night I make a very delicious Indian dinner with paneer curry with home-grown Italian sweet peppers.

ingredients

2 cups of chopped Italian peppers.

1 cup of pureed onions.

I tablespoon of minced garlic.

1 tablespoon of minced ginger.

1 teaspoon of salt.

1 teaspoon of pepper.

1 teaspoon of dry coriander.

1 teaspoon of turmeric.

1teaspoon of chili paste.

Recipe

Take a pot and add 2 tablespoons of clarified butter and then add minced onions on medium heat and cook it for 5 minutes. Then add garlic and ginger paste and all the Indian spices. cook it for 5 more minutes and keep on stirring it. then add 1 cup of tomato puree. then cook for 5 more minutes. Then add 3 cups of water and 1pound of sliced Indian paneer and sweet Italian peppers. cover the pan and cook it for 10 more minutes, then off the heat and serve it on a platter and garnish it with cucumber, garlic chives, and Jelipineo peppers. serve it with Indian basmati rice.

Recipe of rice making

2 cups of basmati rice.

4 cups of water.

2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Recipe

Take a pot, put 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add 2 cups of basmati rice and stir them well and add 4 cups of clean water, then cook it on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes and then off the heat. cover it up during cooking and it will come out soft and fluffy. serve it with paneer we made. it’s very delicious and the spices we used are of medical value and can be cure to certain common ailments.

Health benefits

paneer is made of milk cured and is full of way protein and vitamin D and amino acids.

Italian peppers are full of vitamin c and carotenoids that can cure eye diseases and chronic conditions.

Tomato puree is full of lycopene and vitamin C which is good for lowering cholesterol.

onions can cure inflammation. mixed Indian spices are good for normal digestion. l

Turmeric has curcumin is a cure for certain types of cancer using pepper along with it can help in the absorption of curcumin.

coriander helps to detoxify the system.

  1. This dish was one of the most delicious meals that we had. The kids were having seconds and thirds because it was so tasty.
    Fresh herbs and veggies from the garden and really good cooking skills results in a better than restaurant quality meal.
