rice pudding

Its the first week of November and outside its sunny and we can feel the coming winter. weather is becoming colder day by day. My vegetable patch is gone and hopefully all the plants we try to save for winter can thrive. I hope my indoor plants will thrive. hopefully, we will be able to go for hiking in a park or for a long walk. Hopefully, I will make another embroidery pattern for the coming winter. embroidery. Hopefully, I will start doing my sewing project. I think making a simple dessert after a meal could be a good idea. Rice pudding with condensed milk and pineapple seems great. I will write a very simple recipe that’s very easy to make.

Ingredients

2cups of white rice.

2cups of almond milk.

1 can of condensed milk.

one-fourth cup of sliced almonds.

Half a cup of shredded coconut.

Recipe

Take a deep pot. add 2 tablespoons of clarified butter. then wash 2 cups of rice and 4 cups of water. cook them on low heat. after cooking add a cup of almond milk in it mix it and then add condensed milk. Mix it well and add another cup of almond milk. then add shredded coconut and sliced almonds. off the heat mix it well and put it in a bowl and garnish it with candied pineapple. it looks beautiful and tastes good. hope fully it is healthy enough. we do use healthy organic ingredients.

Rice is a good source of carbohydrates that are good for the energy we used to exercise in our daily life. rice is full of vitamins like iron, magnesium, calcium, and vitamin D.

Almond milk is very good because it has vitamins, vitamins B, and D, potassium, calcium, and phosphorous.

condensed milk has sugar and vitamin D that is a good source of energy.

Pineapple is a tropical fruit that contains vitamin c and it looks beautiful.
