Its the month of November and almost evening time. I can see few flashes of sunshine here and there. Almost all the fall leaves fell outside from trees. then there is going to be spring cleaning before winter. I went to the store to buy pumpkins, Pumpkins are in season. I decided to make pumpkin soup. we can eat it with homemade bread with a sprinkle of pumpkin seeds on top. I can still hear birds chirping and flying. It’s almost nighttime. the evening is turning in tonight. we tried to save as many plants as we can by putting them in the side to give them more time to survive from coming harsh winter. some of them have stripes on them and some of them are round and some have skinny necks but they taste good when cooked properly. There are lots of different types of pumpkins are in seasons of different sizes and shapes. some are very unique shapes and you guys can find them in local farmer stands. pumpkin soup recipe and ingredients are ready .
Most of them are very sweet. this soup is going to be a little sweet because I am going to use half a cup of white grape juice to give it a unique taste.
2cups of roasted pumpkin puree.
one cup of roasted onions.
one cup of roasted tomatoes.
A teaspoon of garlic.
A teaspoon of ginger.
A teaspoon of salt.
Half a cup of white grape juice.
Two teaspoons of chili oil.
Take a pot and add a tablespoon of olive oil in a pot. add onions first and cook it for 5 minutes and then add ginger and garlic paste and black pepper. Take a pot and put all the ingredients one by one and add the spices while cooking pumpkin puree on medium heat. cook them well for 15 minutes and add half a cup of grape juice and mix it well then add 2 tablespoons of chili oil. it will give it a very good flavor. serve it with homemade bread.
pumpkin soup is full of beta-carotene that is full of vitamin A, good for eyesight. an antioxidant to protect against chronic illnesses. due to a good amount of fiber, it helps to loose weight.
Tomatoes are a good source of lycopene heart healthand good source of vitamin c and antioxidants.
onions are a good source of vitamins and have anti-inflammatory properties.
garlic is good for the heart and boosts the immune system to fight against flu viruses.
ginger is good for flatulence and arthritis.

Mix water and 1 packet of yeast in 2 cups of flour and knead the dough and cover it with a kitchen towel for an hour and let it fluff then knead it again and cover it up for another hour, After that put it in a bread loaf pan and cook it for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F. pff the oven and take it out. serve it with the soup we made. it’s delicious and good and gives the very unique fresh smell of baking bread.
