Lasagna with yellow zucchini

Today is October 31 Halloween. weather falls, lots of leaves fell on grass and soil outside. we went for grocery shopping and bought Lasagna sheets. yesterday night I made lasagna and the kids loved it, it’s healthy and full of nutrition. winter is arriving. some of the trees will go into hibernation for the coming winter.


6 Lasagna sheets

2 medium size yellow zucchinis.

Tomato sauce

Italian spices

Mozzarella cheese


Take lasagna sheets and boil them in water for 10 minutes to make them softer. Meanwhile, Grate zucchini into thin slices., very thin. then warm the oven take a deep dish and layer lasagna sheets and layer it with tomato sauce and then shredded mozzarella cheese and zucchini slices. then add tomato sauce layer of lasagna sheet. and cheese layer then the zucchini slices layer and use all the ingredients by layering it, then put it in an oven and cook it for 20 minutes at 350 and take it out on the counter. then after cooling cut it into pieces and serve it. its very delicious.

shred cabbage and whip sour cream and put salt and pepper in it. mix it well and serve it with lasagna.

it’s high in antioxidants and helps in weight loss, vitamins like k and zeaxanthin, and lutein, and fiber.

cabbage is full of vitamins and minerals like vitamin A, potassium, and magnesium.

Tomatoes sauce is full of lycopene which is healthy for the heart.
