It’s Friday october21 and the weather is getting colder day by day. Today it’s sunny and looks very nice from the inside when we look out of the window. it’s less windy than before. we went for a night walk, it was very calm and felt better outside. walking around the neighborhood was a good experience. we went for shopping the day before to buy a jacket. for the coming winter so we can go for hiking. and walking in the woods was the best thing we had done so far. cooking for the family is good when kids eat the food we make. This time when we make salad My husband put the grilled chicken in it. It looks amazing, an extra touch of animal Protein. I hope the kids like it. a little sprinkle of flex seeds and it looks kind of rustic. eating salad is good because it fills the stomach when we are hungry and makes us lose weight. it’s very simple and organic, easy to make.
Two cups of chopped lettuce.
Two cups of chopped and peeled avocados.
one cup of grilled and chopped chicken.
3 tablespoons of lemon juice.
sprinkle of salt and pepper.
Take a big bowl, put chopped lettuce and then Avocados, and grilled chicken marinated with olive oil salt, and pepper on top. Mix them and add the dressing we made with lemon juice and salt and pepper. it looks very delicious and healthy.
The lettuce we used I bought it from the local grocery store. it’s full of healthy vitamins and very good for weight loss because 70% of it contains water. It has fiber and vitamin k. Iron, vitamin B6, calcium, and vitamin A in it. It makes us sleep well and is more filling and good for digestion.
Avocados are in every grocery store these days. it’s eaten ripe or raw, it’s a good source of Vitamin C, E, K, and B6, magnesium, and potassium, and contains lutein and zeaxanthin which are very good to fight against free radicals that are harmful to the body. fiber present in it makes you fuller for a long time, is good for heart health and age relating eye health, good for mood and sleep helps in the production of serotonin. Detoxifying the body improves digestion.
Lemon juice is good source of Vitamin C and helps to improve skin.
Flex seeds are a good source of omega threes.
chicken is a good source of Protein good for building muscle mass.
