It’s the month of September and the weather is good and cloudy. Getting cooler because of Autumn is coming. it’s raining and drizzling. I hope it will bring cold weather faster because this year was so hot because of solar storms. I made a cup of mushroom coffee and it tastes awesome. I think I am going to write about a beautiful dish I made. It’s very healthy and nutritious.

Recipe
one cup of chopped onions.
one tablespoon of minced garlic.
one tablespoon of salt
one tablespoon of grated ginger.
one cup of chopped red tomotoes.
one cup of chopped tofu
Take a pan and add a tablespoon of oil and add chopped onions garlic and ginger. Then cook them for five minutes and then add chopped tomatoes then cover it and add yellow chopped zucchini and add tofu. cook it for 20 minutes on medium heat.
