Today is a weekday and the weather is good and sunny. it’s windy and getting better day by day. cooler and nice. I think I will write about a healthy soup recipe. barley is very healthy, try to buy organic because it has more benefits.
Two cups of organic barley.
one cup of sweet Italian peppers.
Two cups of fresh Italian Organic Tomatoes.
Two teaspoons of salt
Half cup of freshly chopped onions.
Take a pot and add a Tablespoon of coconut oil. Then add chopped onions and cook it for 5 minutes and then add chopped peppers, tomatoes and salt, and pepper and then add 2 cups of Barley and 5 cups of water. stir it and then put it on medium-low heat for 30 minutes. cover it until it’s nicely cooked and soft. it’s delicious and very healthy to serve and eat.
Barley is rich in vitamins and minerals vitamins B1, chromium, phosphorous, copper, and magnesium.
fiber present in barley is good for the stomach.
Barley can reduce cholesterol.
Improves digestion and reduces blood sugar levels.
Antioxidants present help to reduce the risk of cancer.
