pizza day

Today I month of July. it’s a very hot day temperature is around. 90 degree. we decided to change our planters and plants into big pots. putting more dirt so the roots can survive. I decided to make pizza with organic veggies so everybody can enjoy it. I hope it’s going to rain after so much heat plants and veggies can get some relief. Pizza dough recipe and how to make nice and thin crust Pizza that’s healthy and nutritious.

spinach nicely cut.

Mushrooms any kind sliced.

mozzarella cheese 1cup.


Make a dough, Add 3cups of whole wheat flour in a cup of water and instant yeast. follow the directions and make flatbread. cook it at 4oo degrees for 10 minutes. take it out of the oven and put marinara sauce on flatbread thinly spread. Then add shredded mozzarella cheese evenly and put sliced mushrooms and spinach on it. put it in the and vitamin B oven for 10 more minutes to cook. Then take it out . cut it into even slices and eat it. it’s delicious and very healthy.

Good source of vitamins and minerals. supports a healthy immune system. good source of selenium, vitamin D.

Spinach is a good source of antioxidants and carotenoids that are a good sources of vitamins and minerals and have anti-inflammatry properties. I hope you guys will like my recipe and try it and always comment on it.
