It’s Month of May and hot summer day with cool air. Day temperature is hot and evenings are cold. flowers are blooming but need a lot of care water and fertilizer. birds are chirping outside and making nests under the deck. There are snakes, groundhogs, and rabbits everywhere in our backyard and neighborhood. Today after going nature walk I will make organic veg soup with a sprinkle of chia seeds on top. It is very healthy and good for digestion.

Recipe
1cup of chopped organic zucchini
1 cup of chopped onion.
Half cup of chopped carrots.
1teaspoon of basil.
I teaspoon of turmeric.
i teaspoon of minced garlic and ginger.
I teaspoon of sea salt.
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1cup tomato puree.
Half cup of thinly chopped Kale.
Take a pot put a tablespoon of olive oil then add chopped onions garlic and ginger. cook it for 3minutes on medium flame. Then add all the chopped veggies, and tomato puree, mix them well and cook them for 5 more minutes. Add 4 cups of clean water, cover the pot with a lid and cook it for 15 minutes until the veggies are soft to eat. Then off the stove add chopped basil on top with a sprinkle of chia seeds on top of each serving bowl of super nutritious and healthy soup. veggies are full of vitamin C, vitamin A, beta carotene, and antioxidants to boost immune system. fiber to relieve constipation and it’s good and easy on the digestive system. if you want to lose weight add chia seeds on top, they make us feel fuller so we eat less. chia seeds are full of omega 3s. if you are vegetarian it’s good to keep your brain healthy by adding chia seeds to your everyday diet. chia seeds are also full of nutrients like calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, and b vitamins. This soup is delicious and good for a healthy mind and body with a touch of yoga for a healthy spirit. I hope you guys will like my recipe and enjoy it.
