fruit salad

It’s the month of May and a hot summer day outside. grass and trees are lush green and beautiful. my veggie patch is doing excellent. cool breeze on a hot summer day asks for a healthy light snack. fruit salad is one of them. adding healthy fruit to our diet can do miracles. Apples, Peaches, Pears, and oranges make beautiful fruit salad. I am going to make a nutritious bowl of fruit salad. It’s colorful and full of vitamins.


1cup of chopped organic pears.

1cup of Organic Apples.

1 cup of peeled oranges.

1cup of nicely cut peach slices.

Take a nice big bowl, add all the fruit in it nicely and gently, mix them and we can serve it 2ways. take half of it and drizzle honey on it and add a few nuts on top.

Take another half of fruit salad and take a lime squeeze it in a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper then drizzle it on the second half of the fruit. it’s delicious and appetizing. All these fruits are full of vitamins and minerals that are essential for a healthy body and mind.


they promote gut health and are anti-inflammatory that has an anti-cancer effect on the body. lowers risk in diabetic people and helps to lose weight. full of vitamin C, Vitamin K. potassium copper, and fiber, and a good source of polyphenols.


They are rich in polyphenols antioxidants , that protect us from free radicals., full of vitamin C, vitamin K, potassium and copper, and fiber, and vitamin E. they reduce the risk of heart disease when we eat them regularly.


Peaches are very healthy contained soluble and insoluble fiber, decrease inflammation, full of vitamin C, vitamin A, and potassium. very good for improving digestion and decreasing the risk of diabetes, heart disease full of polyphenols and anti-aging and lowers the rate of breast cancer.


Strawberries are full of vitamins, antioxidants known as polyphenols, and fiber and are good for a low-calorie diet. help to reduce weight gain, lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, and reduce the risk of cancer.

Overall this fruit salad is healthy in a fruit bowl with beautiful colors and fragrance. making salad is simple but nutritious. I hope you guys liked today’s recipe. It makes our body and mind peaceful with just a little touch of some yoga and meditation in everyday routein.
