lunch break

it’s almost afternoon and the day is very sunny and warm. looking out of the window it’s windy outside. I can hear birds chirping and playing in the backyard. I made a nice little fountain for birds to play in the water and after eating their food resting in their birdhouse. I think today’s lunch is elbow macaroni with Brussel sprouts, baby carrots, and homemade tomato sauce, Italian spices, and cheese.

Recipe for tomato sauce.

2 cups of chopped tomatoes.

one-fourth of a teaspoon of sea salt.

pinch or two of chili flakes.

one-fourth of a teaspoon of Italian spice.

one-fourth of cup of parmigiano reggiano cheese.

1table spoon olive oil.

Take 2cups of chopped tomatoes, puree them in a blender and then add to a pot and mix all the spices except cheese. cook it on low heat for 10 minutes until all the flavor blends in to the tomatoes then off the heat and add cheese in it. mix it well.

Take another pot and put 4 cups of water, when the water starts boiling add the elbow macaroni. cook it until nice and soft, drain the water in the sink, and add a few splashes of olive oil to the pasta about one tablespoon. Mix it well.

Take a frying pan and add a cup of chopped Brussel sprouts and a cup of chopped baby carrots. cook them on low heat for 10 minutes until nice and soft.

take a nice bowl then add pasta and put a spoonful of veggies on top. it’s delicious and healthy. ihope you guys willlike my recipe.
