wholegrain muffins

It’s Friday and I am making delicious Muffins. They are made of multi-grains and are a very healthy option. when I look out my window it’s cloudy, looks like going to rain. With a cup of nice cinnamon tea, a muffin is a good breakfast. The wind starts blowing and feels like spring.

Recipe

1cup of organic multigrain flour

Half cup of grated coconut.

one-fourth cup of coconut oil.

one-fourth of a cup of yogurt.

pinch of nutmeg

one fourth of a teaspoon of baking soda

one fourth of a teaspoon of baking powder

2 organic eggs or replace the eggs with applesauce.

half cup of organic sugar.

one-fourth cup of milk

Take a nice bowl and mix all the ingredients one by one and nicely. Preheat the oven to 300 and scoop the muffin mixture into muffin making sheet pan. bake it for 25 minutes until they are golden brown. Take them out of the oven and sheet pan while they are warm. Always spray the sheet pan first before you pour muffin mix with a light spray of coconut oil so they are easy to come out and won’t stick to the pan. they are healthy and have lots of fiber and vitamins in multigrains like vitamin C, vitamin A, and VItamin D and potassium, they are a good source of protein, support healthy digestion and improve metabolism. I hope you guys like my recipe.
