It’s Thursday and almost evening time. the weather outside is so cold for this time of the year but some sunshine makes it better. the whole day was ok busy and doing little things. making my tangerine tea with an almond cookie and making jewelry from my jewelry-making kit, able to work a little bit in my yard preparing the soil to plant vegetables for the coming summer hopefully. taking some weeds out. hard to do in that much cold air. Seems like the effect of global warming and climate change. today the air is so intense when outside throwing things far away in the yard. At least we can hear the neighbors cutting grass and birds playing outside. it’s almost dinnertime. Today I decided to make Ginger egg curry with spinach rice. sounds good.
5 boiled eggs.
cumin, one teaspoon.
salt, one-fourth of a teaspoon.
Half teaspoon of Turmeric powder.
Half a cup of tomato puree
Take a deep pan and add a teaspoon of coconut oil. it’s very good and antibacterial, boosts the immune system, ginger powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and on the stove on low heat mix the spices and add tomato puree, then 3 cups,of water. Boil it until cooked and then add boiled eggs, cut them in half, and put them in ginger curry.It’s delicious and good for stomach. Eggs will give us the required Protein that is good for muscular system. ginger is good for coming allergy season to boost immunity level in the body. Make rice with it.
Take a cup of rice and spinach , cook it littlie bit of coconut oil. Add 2 cups of water and cook it on low heat, they are fluffy and light on digestive system. I hope you guys will like todays recipe.
