brunch time

It’s Wednesday and almost evening. the sun is shining but the air is very cool for this spring season. I hope the weather will warm up to flowering and greenery. we still need to spray our fruit trees. nice sunlight is coming from my window, seems like summer will be nice and warm. A cup of coffee with a piece of cake is a nice yummy snack. I think Today’s dinner is scalloped potatoes with farmers’ cheese.

5,6 potatoes cut thinly sliced.

salt and pepper.

oil spray to coat potato slices.

cup of farmers’ cheese.

Take the oven dish and spray it with oil spray so potatoes do not get sticky to the bottom of the dish. Then layer the potatoes and add put it in the oven at 380 for an hour and 15 minutes. when they are done then add farmers’ cheese on top and put it in the oven for 2 more minutes. Off the oven, let it be there so it remains warm. when the cheese melts take it out and it’s ready to eat. it’s delicious and warm. good and healthy for the stomach.

coffee recipe

Take a cup of milk and add one-fourth of a teaspoon of instant coffee. Then a little bit of sugar and warm it in the microwave. It’s warm and vegetarian. sipping a cup of coffee in a cool spring day feels good. I hope you guys will like my recipe.
