mushroom and rice

Today is Saturday and day went ok . Its almost evening time. Its still very cold outside yesterday it was snowing. I think I am going to write about benefits of mushrooms . I think I am going to make mushroom rice.

Mushrooms

Mushrooms are rich in fiber, antioxidant ergothioneine and glutathione protein and antioxidants. its low calorie diet. And very healthy. Good source of selenium, copper, thiamin, magnesium, phosphorous. It good to cure lots of diseases by adding them in to your diet.  Mushrooms are good for heart health. Mushrooms are good source of vitamin D. Mushrooms are good source energy. That carries oxygen throughout the body.

 I am going to write recipe of rice and mushrooms.

Take one cup of rice. Wash them and add two cups of water. Cup of chopped mushrooms and ginger garlic and pepper and turmeric and 2 teaspoon of coconut oil. mix them well and boil it until they are cooked nicely. Then serve it and enjoy its health benefits  and it tastes very good make a salad with to make it more appetizing from salad greens and olives and tomatoes.
