Bananas

Today is Wednesday and weather is still cloudy and street looks calm and some trees have nothing left , all the leaves are taken away and weather seems little sunny, some of the dry leaves fallen on the grass and I think wind will take them away. Even trees on the yard has no leaves left. Our grass looks little better. Weather is about to change seems way cloudy.         

I think we are going to write about another healthy ingredient called bananas. Bananas are introduced by Portuguese from Africa, Asia and later to European countries. Bananas are native to tropical islands and survived in tropical countries. I think we are going to write about benefits of bananas and their use in daily life. Bananas are source of Vitamin C, Mn, K, Zn and folate and B12 and other minerals and Vitamins. 

  • Vitamin C in bananas are helpful to improve skin.
  • Vitamin A helps to improve vision.
  • Vitamin B12 helps to improve muscle health and good for healthy digestion.
  • Potassium is good to improve heart health. Potassium helps to improve blood pressure.
  • Bananas are used for its healthy pulp because of its taste and flavor.
  • Bananas metabolizes carbohydrates into energy and helps to burn fat.
  • Bananas removes unwanted chemicals from your body by improving function of liver and kidneys.
  • Vitamin c present helps to protect against cell and tissue damage and helps to improve stress and improves sleep by calming the body.
  • Mn helps to improve collagen level in the body that helps and improves skin tone and texture.
  • Bananas improves digestion and provided soluble fiber for human body.
  • Bananas contains natural sugar that helps to improve energy level in the
  • Body to do daily work.

Overall bananas are store house of energy and good for healthy reasons. I think I am going to write banana salad recipe with orange and apple.

  • 1 cup of diced bananas.
  • 1cup of diced apples.
  • 1cup of orange slices.

Mix them in a bowl and serve it and eat if you can able too. Its healthy and good because of vitamins present in it. I think i am going to write about another healthy ingredient with vitamins in it that is good for health and nutrition.
