
Today is Tuesday and as usual I woke up and I took bath and came down after my mool mantra meditation and came in the kitchen and ate my organic breakfast and decided to work on my blog. I think I am going to write about my organic carrots today. They are domesticated from wild carrots that grows in the past name Daucus carrota native to Europe and Southwest Asia. It was originally cultivated for its leaves and seeds buy the most eaten plant was tap root even stems and leaves. First evidence was its grown in 10 century in Persia, ancient Iran and Afghanistan and also domesticated in Rome and Greece in Ancient times. During 13th century they traveled from Persia to Asia and then Japan. And their seeds spreads to Europe across 5000 years ago. Before if you check the history all carrots were purple and then they found another version of carrots that are orange, yellow and green and pale yellow and they belongs to family Apiaceae and genus Daucus and kingdom Plantae and its scientific name is Daucus carota and is cultivated for its tap root. It is a biennial plant and contains compounds like Beta-carotene called carotenoids and phenolic compounds and polyacetylenes and vitamins and another aromatic earthy flavor compounds called Pyrazines. Now I am going to write about benefits of carrots for healthy lifestyle.
- Beta- carotene present in carrots helps to reduce inflammation and speeds up the healing process and brain function.
- Vitamin A present in carrot juice helps in eye health.
- Vitamin C present helps the absorption of calcium and skin clarity and boosts the immune system for cold and flu season.
- Calcium present in it helps for healthy bones.
- Carrot contains antioxidants that helps the reduction of free radicals that are harmful for human body and fight backs cancer cells.
- Vitamins present in carrots are helpful in reducing scars and blemishes.
- Vitamin C helps to clear skin and antiaging properties.
- Potassium present in carrot juice helps to hydrate skin.
- Drinking carrot juice helps your hairs healthy and healthy because of presence of vitamin E and C.

- Carrots has rich in falcarinol that helps to destroy precancerous cells.

- Carrots help to kill harmful bacteria in the mouth when eaten raw.

- Carrot juice is very helpful for post menstrual woman to relieve pain and regularize bleeding due to presence of phytoestrogen.

- I think I wrote a lot of benefits of organic carrots and will be very helpful in healing process and beneficial. I think before I finish my blog, I am going to write a carrot pudding recipe that is delicious and nutritious.
- 1 cup of grated carrots.
- 2 tablespoon of coconut oil.
- Organic condensed milk one small can.
- Slithered almonds.
- Take a pot heat add 2 tablespoon od coconut oil when it melts add grated carrots and cover the pot , lower the heat and cook it until carrots becomes really soft and mushy and then add condense milk and slithered almonds keep some for garnish. Mix all of them for few minutes until condense milk is fully incorporated. Then off the heat and put your carrot pudding in a serving bowl and garnish it with some more slithered almonds. Enjoy. It is very healthy and delicious. I think I will see you guys when I work on my next blog and another healthy and nutritious veggie.
