It’s the month of September and the weather is changing. it’s sunny, the seasons are going to change very soon and the color of the leaves will change in to fall season. October has a very special place in my heart. My son Tegh is born in October. I think we will celebrate a nice beautiful birthday with lots of balloons and a nice yummy cake. Today we made a nice corn soup with bread or we can eat it with rice.
One can of corn.
Half cup of diced Tomatoes.
half tablespoon of salt.
half tablespoon of pepper.
3 cups of water.
Take a pot and add a Half cup of chopped onion and one cup of Taco seasoning and add a can of corn and a half cup of spinach and half a cup of Tomatoes and 3 cups of water and cook it for 15 minutes and off the heat. It’s ready to eat. serve it with Rice or a nice piece of bread. I hope you guys like my recipe.
Corn is full of antioxidants and vitamin c and carbs for good workout and energy boosting. vitamin c helps to repair damaged tissue faster. onions help to reduce cholesterol and reduce inflammation. full of vitamins C, and B, and nutrition. tomatoes are full of lycopene that is heart healthy.
