healthy desert

Its the month of June. The weather is warm and really nice. After drinking a nice organic cup of coffee I decided to make a very unique desert. it’s very healthy and delicious.

Ingredients

1 cup of chick pea flour.

one-third cup of coconut flour.

one-third cup of coconut flakes.

2 tablespoons of honey.

one-third cup of chopped pecans.

one-third cup of clarified butter.

One tablespoon of coconut oil.

Recipe

Take a pan , add one-third cup of clarified butter and i cup of organic chickpea flour. cook it on low heat and keep on stirring it constantly so it won’t burn. when it turns a little golden. put it in a bowl. let it cool. then in a pan add , 1tablespoon of coconut oil, coconut and almond flour, and coconut flakes. on low heat warm them until golden and stir it constantly. Then add it in chickpea flour we prepared. and add chopped pecans and and 2 tablespoons of honey. mix it well and turn it in to beautiful shape. its so delicious and healthy.

Health benefits

almond flour full of Vitamin A and anti oxidants, manganese.

coconut flour is heart healthy, anti bacterial and anti viral properties.

Chick pea flour is rich in Vitamins and minerals, full of protein and fiber, folate, copper and magnesium.

Honey is full of phyto nutrients, full of anti oxidants,has anti bacterial and anti fungal properties.
