pizza day

It’s June 5, and the outside weather is a very warm and cool breeze. I worked in my yard to feed my plants some organic fertilizer. feels good to feed my veggies, working in the garden felt good then I watered them and took the weeds out. I am planting more seeds, I think some carrots and spinach let’s see how they will grow this year. I feel like making mini pizzas with organic veggies. sounds really good. Its going to be healthy and nutritious.

Recipe for healthy pizza dough.

Take three cups of multi-grain flour and make a dough using yeast. read the instructions on a yeast packet how to. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a teaspoon of sea salt. mix them well then add a cup of warm water and yeast in flour to make a nice and soft dough. cover it and keep it in the bowl for 30 minutes. you will see the dough rising. after 30 minutes kneed it and make 5 small flatbreads and cook them in an oven at 350 for 10 minutes. then take them out and put on a plate.

Recipe for making pizza sauce.

1pound of ripe red tomatoes

one-fourth cup of basil

teaspoon of oregano

chili flakes

Take 1 pound of red ripe organic tomatoes, dice them and cook in a pan add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, sea salt and oregano, and chopped basil. cook them for 15 minutes until they are nice and smooth. pizza sauce is ready.

Half cup of chopped mushrooms.

1 pound of mozzarella cheese

1 cup of chopped baby spinach.

chili flakes and olive oil.

Take flat bread and nicely put a thin layer of pizza sauce we made then cover it with mozzarella cheese, then add baby spinach and mushrooms, sprinkle organic good quality olive oil and a few chili flakes put the pizza in the oven at 400 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes. the way you like more crispy or just normal. when you see the crust is turning light brown take it out it’s ready to eat. It’s super delicious and healthy because of the ingredients we used. use all the ingredients organic if you can.


the cheese we used is full of calcium and protein.

Spinach is full of iron and vitamin E and A. vitamin c and folate. very good for healthy skin.

Mushrooms are very healthy full of antioxidants, fiber, and protein. Vitamin K, copper, magnesium, phosphorous and thiamine, and micro nutrients present in mushrooms are very beneficial and very healthy.

The flatbread we made is multi-grains full of protein fiber and a load of vitamins and minerals. good for strength and muscle gain.

Tomatoes we used have Vitamin C, vitamin A, and lycopene which is heart-healthy.

Basil and oregano are full of flavor and health benefits.

so by using these ingredients we made a very nutritious pizza that is full of flavor and goodness. I hope you guys will like my recipe and will enjoy making it.
